The auction is for the disposal of unserviceable goods and scrap on an ''As is where is basis''. The successful bidder must lift the remaining surplus quantity after payment. EMD will be forfeited if the bidder fails to lift the surplus quantity. Weighment will be conducted on DPA weighbridges in the presence of an engineer and CISF personnel. Cutting of iron structures is allowed up to 6 meters, and fire safety permission is required before cutting. Necessary permits for transportation will be issued by DPA. |
